101 HUDSON INITIATIVE
320,000 SFT
JULY THROUGH DECEMBER 2008

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Following an extensive pre-qualification and bid process, Meehan was engaged once again by Merrill Lynch to coordinate the relocation of more than three thousand employees from multiple NYC locations into 101 Hudson Street in Jersey City, NJ.  This project was completed successfully and well below budget. As is the typical with third party moving costs under Meehan’s purview; average headcount costs were substantially below this client’s pre-existing cost average metrics.
