PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Brown Brothers Harriman, one of the oldest and most prestigious private banks on Wall Street, hired the Meehan Group to assist with the relocation of over 850 staff from their former headquarters at 63 & 67 Wall Street, a space they occupied for over 70 years, to 140 Broadway.  The relocation included moving furniture and personal effects for all senior management plus the art collection and all files and a subsequent furniture liquidation.  Meehan prepared and managed the Mover RFP process and implemented the relocations through several phases.  A cleanup campaign was planned and implemented by Meehan; as you can imagine, after 70+ years in a single location, this task alone was a monumental undertaking.
